Terms of Service

Eligibility and your account

You must be able to form a binding contract to use BloxTools. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials and API keys secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

The service

BloxTools ingests bug reports and client errors from your Roblox experience and presents them in a dashboard. We may change, add, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your responsibilities for player data

You decide what data your experience sends to BloxTools, which makes you the controller of that data. You are responsible for:

• Complying with the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards.
• Complying with all laws that apply to the data you send, including COPPA and the GDPR, and obtaining any consent those laws require.
• Not sending more personal data than you need, and not sending sensitive data.
• Having an appropriate privacy policy for your own players.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send data you don't have the right to send, or unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the service.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties except as permitted by your plan.
• Use the service to build advertising or tracking profiles of children.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Plans and billing

Paid plans, pricing, and billing terms will apply when they become available and will be presented to you before you subscribe. Free plan limits (such as games, monthly report volume, and data retention) may apply and may change.

Intellectual property

BloxTools and its software are owned by us. You retain ownership of the data you send. You grant us the rights necessary to host and process that data to provide the service. BloxTools is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloxTools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using BloxTools and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to comply with law. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes, governing law, and contact
