Terms of Service

Last updated June 28, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BloxTools ("BloxTools", "we", "us", or "our"), a service operated by an individual sole proprietor located in Illinois, United States, and govern your access to and use of the BloxTools website, dashboard, SDK, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using BloxTools on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. Section 12 requires disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration and waives your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

1. Eligibility and your account

To use the Service, you must be able to form a legally binding contract and must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence (18 in most U.S. states). You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@bloxtools.io if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

2. The Service

BloxTools ingests bug reports, feedback, client errors, crashes, and performance telemetry from your Roblox experience and presents them in a dashboard, along with alerting, analytics, and moderation tools. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may offer beta or experimental features that are provided "as is" and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

3. Your responsibilities for player data

You decide what data your experience sends to BloxTools, which makes you the controller of that data; BloxTools acts as your processor. You are solely responsible for:

  • Complying with the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards.
  • Complying with all laws that apply to the data you collect and send, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU and UK GDPR, and obtaining any consent those laws require.
  • Sending only the personal data you need, and never sending special categories of data.
  • Maintaining an appropriate privacy policy and lawful basis for your own players.

You instruct us to process player data solely to provide the Service to you. If you require a Data Processing Addendum, contact us at privacy@bloxtools.io.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit anyone to:

  • Send data you do not have the right to send, or content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive.
  • Abuse, overload, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan.
  • Use the Service to build advertising or tracking profiles of children.
  • Use the Service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us.

5. SDK and license

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the BloxTools SDK and API keys solely to send data from your own experiences to the Service. You must keep your API keys secure and must not share them. We may update the SDK from time to time, and you are responsible for using a reasonably current version.

6. Plans, billing, and refunds

The Service offers a free plan with limits (such as the number of games, monthly report volume, and data-retention window) that may change. Paid plans, pricing, and billing terms are presented to you before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until canceled.
  • Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.
  • You may cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused features.
  • We may change prices or plan limits on a prospective basis; we will give reasonable notice of material changes, which take effect on your next renewal.

Downgrading or canceling may cause loss of access to features and to data beyond your plan's limits.

7. Intellectual property

BloxTools, including its software, dashboard, and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in our software or marks except the limited license described above. You retain ownership of the data you send, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that data as necessary to operate and provide the Service. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you. BloxTools is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on and interoperates with third parties, including Supabase, our hosting and payment providers, Discord (for webhooks you configure), and the Roblox platform. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or for data once it is delivered to an integration you enable.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRESERVED WITHOUT LOSS. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOXTOOLS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). These limitations form an essential basis of the agreement and apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

11. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BloxTools and its operator from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, the data you send to us, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including your players).

12. Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Informal resolution. Before starting an arbitration, you agree to first contact us at support@bloxtools.io and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association) under its applicable consumer or commercial rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. The arbitration will be seated in, or conducted by video or telephone at the option of the party seeking relief with a location of, Illinois, United States. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You and BloxTools each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and (b) seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access to the Service.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-waiver section by emailing support@bloxtools.io within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

13. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using BloxTools and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure, or as needed to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law — survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and BloxTools regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; for material changes we will provide notice (for example, in-app or by email), and your continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms, and legal notices to us, may be sent to support@bloxtools.io. BloxTools is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Illinois, United States.
